My sister’s support has been brilliant since day one, in a very person centered way. The staff are matched perfectly, The staff that support my sister are the same two people. It took the family two years to find a good match, so we are grateful for the support personalized care give to my sister. My sister’s needs are complex with Communication needs so it’s really important to have the same people.

Both providers are friendly and approachable it is always easy to get hold of them on the telephone and they always respond to telephone and email messages that are left in a prompt manner. Any issues that have arisen have been dealt with effectively in a timely fashion. They are always willing to go the extra mile in looking for solutions.

On every visit to see my daughter I have been extremely impressed with the members of staff. The care she has been given since she moved in with personalised care far exceeds any other that she has had in the past. The staff are friendly, caring and empathetic. Nothing is too much for them to do, they treat my daughter with respect and dignity. She is very happy and settled.

On every occasion, I have visited my sister I have been extremely impressed with the care, love and support that has been delivered to my sister. It has a very home from home structure and I feel that the staff are an extension of our family. To know that my sister is being so well cared for in such a nice environment is a huge relief and comfort to our whole family.

I would rate the service as very good the providers are professional but also approachable they offer a perfectly tailored plan for each client and are consistent in their staffing. They have a good attention to details and if they need to do something they do.
Overall they really do care about the clients and their staff.
I have a son with LD and when the time comes that he needs more support other than his family I would be more than happy for him to be supported by this company.
