Sian Beynon - Registered Manager,Managing Director and Trainer .
I began working in the care sector at just 13 years old as a volunteer, and now at 40, I’ve proudly dedicated over 27 years to supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and a range of associated conditions. Safe to say, care has been part of my life longer than mobile phones and social media! 😊
Over the years, I’ve built a wealth of experience, knowledge, and unforgettable memories whilst supporting individuals to live happy, independent, and meaningful lives. For the past 20 years, I have managed services supporting individuals with complex behavioural and healthcare needs to live in their own homes, build confidence, and access their local communities with the right support around them.
In January 2016,Myself and Michaela set up Personalized Care with the aim of delivering support that feels personal, empowering, and genuinely life changing. I wanted to build a service where individuals are treated with dignity, encouraged to be independent, and supported to achieve the things that matter most to them. Seeing how far the company has come and the amazing relationships built along the way has been incredibly rewarding. 🌟
One thing I’ve learnt throughout my journey is that no two people are ever the same, and that’s exactly how care should be. I truly believe that building personalised support around each individual’s wishes, goals, interests, and strengths helps create greater self-esteem, self-worth, independence, and most importantly, happiness.
At Personalized Care, the individual is always at the centre of everything we do. We don’t believe in planning for people, we believe in planning with them. Whether this involves discussions, signs, symbols, photographs, input from loved ones, or simply taking the time to really understand someone, we make sure every voice matters and every person feels valued.
We are passionate about creating opportunities, encouraging independence, celebrating achievements big and small, and making every day meaningful. Sometimes the biggest milestones start with the smallest steps, and there is nothing better than seeing someone grow in confidence and achieve something they never thought possible. 💙
Alongside hard work and dedication, we also believe care should be filled with laughter, positivity, kindness, and genuine connection, because a smile and a good sense of humour can brighten even the toughest days.

I began my journey in this sector at just 15 years old, and from the very beginning I knew this was more than a career for me, it was a passion. Now at 36, I have over 20 years of experience supporting both adults and children with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and a variety of additional needs across social care and educational settings. Every step of the journey has shaped the person I am today.
On 18 January 2016, alongside Sian, we proudly set up Personalized Care with one clear vision: to provide truly person-centred support that makes a real difference to people’s lives. What an incredible journey it has been since then! Watching Personalized Care grow into a trusted, passionate, and dedicated service has been one of my proudest achievements.
As a proud Dignity Champion, I strongly believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live life with choice, independence, confidence, and respect. Supporting individuals to achieve their goals, no matter how big or small, is at the heart of everything we do. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone flourish, gain confidence, and live more independently. ✨

Amanda - Operations Manager
I have been working in care for 20+ years, supporting adults with a wide range of disabilities.
I have found my passion in supporting people with complex health care needs to live in the community. I believe everyone should be given every opportunity to experience new things and visit new places, living a happy and fulfilled life.
Communication is the key to supporting each individual to make choices about their lives, their aims and goals.
Personalized care offers each individual in their care a person centred support plan which is adapted as the needs of each individual changes, each person a dedicated staff team offering consistency and good working relationships.

For over 20 years, I have worked within care and support services for adults with learning disabilities and additional needs.
Although I originally qualified as a hairdresser, I soon realised my passion was in supporting people and making a genuine difference in their lives. At 19 years old, I began working in supported living and quickly found a career that I truly loved.
I later moved into day services, where I spent many rewarding years building strong relationships and helping individuals develop independence, confidence, and life skills. I have also worked as a Personal Assistant supporting people with a variety of needs.
In 2023, I joined PC as a Support Worker and have since progressed to Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, and now Manager. I feel incredibly proud to work at personalized care in this role and continue to learn and grow every day.
I believe in treating everyone with dignity, kindness, respect, and understanding, while creating a positive environment where people feel supported and encouraged to achieve their potential. ✨
